The Making of a Mechanic….and introduction to “The Oracle”:

Jeff Horton literally started out of the basement (his mother’s that is). Being a natural-born numbers guy and an avid sports enthusiast, instilled in him by his grandfather (at the bars and track with orange juice and hot dogs), he started his climb in the sports industry at a young age. At 12 years old, winning parlay cards and generating “signers” for those of age became a past-time when he wasn’t in school and of course, he was amply rewarded by those chosen few. Over the years, as he was able to achieve some notable accolades: Series 7 License, Real Estate License, Retail District Manager (all by the age of 19), Aerospace Engineering Degree (UMD), Nidan in Ninjutsu, and an accomplished Real Estate investor (all by the age of 35). While raised Catholic, being versed in Gnosticism, Sacred Geometry, and other orders of Mysticism, it was only a matter of time before his nickname found him. While all of these accomplishments were fantastic, nothing exceeds that of raising three daughters and a successful family. However, quietly and behind the scenes, he was making quite a name for himself as one of the top numbers guys in the region and building a reputation as the “go-to” guy for big games. Through his Real Estate deals and endeavors, he met the necessary horse-racing connections to elevate his presence in that industry as well. The compilation of contacts and connections grew as he maintained using his prowess for numbers to also make his mark as a poker player and align himself with sports insiders by knocking ’em off the tables one by one and winning their respect. However, in 2007, it came to an abrupt halt as he was marked as a “Mechanic” in Vegas due to his influence on some of the “Whales” as well as an arbitrage-based Baseball system that won and unthinkable 98% with an average return of 25-40% per play. This sparked a renewed sense of urgency to re-engage the family life and a 4-year sabbatical ensued.

While maintaining his contacts and making sure to take care of his most important players, he did enough to get by, but the calls kept coming. The ones that fell behind were slowly but surely losing what they had built with him and that’s what sparked his return. It’s the genuine desire to help others that allowed him to achieve his greatest heights in his career and ultimately that which is bringing him back. It hit the hardest when one of his older, retired players said “kid, no one seems to see the future quite like you when it comes to picking winners!….you must be some kind of Oracle”. It was at that moment, the nickname was born. He then decided to re-engage and reconnect with everyone from the ground up and is now in a position to once again claim top honors as a hero among his players. However, this time there’s one small difference. This time, he’s inviting you on his journey. No fancy gimmicks, no fancy catch phrases, just pure, simple, straightforward business. You see, WHEN YOU MAKE SOMEONE RICH, WORD SPREADS! That’s how he did it before, and that’s how it will be again.
His lifetime numbers in Football: NCAA (64.76%), NFL (68.25%), Horse racing (monthly avg. ROI of 812%), MLB (58.43%) **unless system is used**, NBA (61.05%). His Private Plays are as follows: NCAA Football (78.70%), NFL (77.42%), NBA (72.15%). It’s inevitable that at this point, everyone will question the numbers. He’s prepared for that’s why he’s offering you the chance to decide for yourself. There are a number of other services out there available to you, but he is convinced that you will not waiver in your decision to work conjointly with him once you’re involved.

Vision is a manifestation as we attract what we focus on and your success with him will be imminent. Please peruse the site and give him a try for as much or as little as you’d like, call and talk to him regularly, and find out for yourself why he was donned…
